We have already covered the great J2 victory in Wales, the Boys U 16’s were next up in the Minster Plate. They took on a strong UL Bohemian’s side, the opening half nearly finished scoreless, but the Limerick side scored a try in the final play of the first half. The 2nd half belonged to UL Bohemians as they crossed the line four times with Dolphin scoring a try.

The Senior Seconds were in Towns Park taking on Midleton, the high scoring game finished 38-27 to Dolphin with tries from Cillian Ansboro, Timmy Phelan (2) Cam O’Shaughnessy (2) and Daryl Foley. They are now 6 points ahead of Sundays Well in the league, who have 2 games in hand, but the sides must meet again.

The Dolphin – Carrigaline Boys U18.5 side defeated Cobh Pirates 18-5 and have finished unbeaten in Group 1 of the league.

The highest score of the day came from the Girls Dolphin/Ballincollig side who defeated Kanturk 52-12 in the Munster League Quarter-Final and now look forward to a semi final.
