The Annual AGM, usually held in May was of course deferred due to Covid-19 and on a few occasions since, we had hoped to hold the meeting at the Club. That is still the hope for Monday 21st September at 7pm, however if restrictions worsen, we must also prepare to do the meeting on Zoom as the business of the club can wait no longer.
The club has been made ready upstairs for 25 socially distanced people and members who cannot attend will be joined on zoom. We will be in a position to confirm more after the 13th September (Gov. Guidelines).

As usual reports will be read and opportunity for questions follow.
I would urge you to attend (either way) and keep a strong Club tradition alive. We have never faced more difficult challenges than at present and all support is necessary for Club survival. More people are needed to help run the club and share the workload.
