It is with deep regret we learned of the passing of Ann Giltinan. Ann was introduced to Dolphin by her late husband , Vince, a former Dolphin Senior Captain (1954-55), Club President (1968-69) Munster Branch President, (1985-86) & Munster Senior Selector for “that match”in October 1978.
Ann was an integral part of our Ladies Committee and spent many hours in Dolphin, catering for visiting teams. Even after Vince passed away 20 years ago, Ann remained a staunch Dolphin supporter, ringing her friends for updates up until her recent illness.
We extend our sympathies to Ann’s family, Brian, Jan, Clodagh, Jackie and Paul and the extended Giltinan family.
Lying in repose at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd. from 6.30pm until 8.00pm on (Wednesday) evening. Reception prayers at 11.15am on (Thursday) followed by Requiem Mass at 11.30am in the Church of Christ the King. Turner’s Cross. Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr’s Cemetery.
