Sofia Carty & Megan Crilly were introduced as replacements in today’s Munster U 18 interprovincial v Connacht to make their Munster U18 debut’s.
Sofia’s story is being featured as part of the recruitment drive for Girls 16-18 for our Beginners Rugby starting on 22nd February. Sofia started playing rugby in October 2021, putting on a Munster Jersey (as a prop) just 16 months later is seriously impressive.
Megan is playing rugby a bit longer and is still Under 16, the out-half had already represented Munster U16’s at 7’s.
Remember the names, they are ones to watch for the future.
