We welcome Clonmel RFC for the first time on Saturday, their first ever appearance as a Senior Team, in the Munster Senior Cup.
It is appropriate that Dolphin provide the opposition for Clonmel’s first Senior Cup appearance. In March 1914 Dolphin made it’s first appearance in the Munster Senior Cup, against Tipperary opposition, Clanwilliam. The away game finished 0-0, Dolphin winning the return fixture.
