The fixtures and team names have been announced for the Celtic Challenge tournament, a cross-border club competition between the IRFU, Scottish Rugby and the WRU, will kick off on Friday, 29 December 2023.

It will span an 11-week period to Sunday, 3 March 2024.

Last season, prior to the Women’s 6 Nations, one team from Ireland, Scotland & Wales played in the Celtic Challenge, this is increasing to two this year, the Clovers (an amalgamation of Munster & Connacht) and the Wolfhounds (Leinster & Ulster).

The opening game between the Irish sides will be in Musgrave Park on Friday 29th December at 1pm, the Clovers will entertain Gwalia Lightening also at Musgrave Park on Sunday 14th January at 1pm.
